In an effort to improve passenger comfort, SXM Airport last week opened a luxury departure pavilion. The pavilion is fully airconditioned, carpeted and features retail and F&B concessions. It will replace the luggage processing area previously used at the make shift Departure Hall used post hurricane Irma.
Travelers departing St Maarten will now have a much improved experience as they will be leaving from the Temporary Departure Pavilion.
