Belmont Hotel to construct two 21-floor towers

Developer Frank Teboul of Belmont Hotel is set to begin the construction of two 21 floor Towers. The Minister of VROMI has recently approved the building permit and expressed that this coming construction will be historical for St Maarten.

The project will bring 170 employment opportunities to the island as well as usher in a new chapter in how buildings are being built in the hotel sector of St Maarten – instead of constructing wide, contractors are constructing higher. It is also the hope that investors become interested in Mullet Bay once again.
