This 18th century sugar cane boiling house, carefully restored to create Emilio’s is located at Rockland Estate, once the island’s largest plantations and former home of island legend and hero, Emilio Wilson. Housed within the original 16-inch stone walls nestled amongst the hills provides a naturally cool setting while you dine in the only restaurant on the island situated within a historical landmark.
